Job Overview: The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to both internal staff and external clients in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As the first point of contact for all technical issues, the Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of IT-related problems. With an emphasis on customer service and outstanding communication skills, this role is crucial in ensuring all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
