In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing software programs while ensuring optimal performance. This position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and offers an opportunity to contribute to both technical support and development initiatives.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop, test, and debug both new and existing software programs to ensure functionality and reliability.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain and enhance the organization's public website, APIs, mobile applications, and other system components.\r\n\r\n\r\nProvide technical support to end users, resolve database issues, and troubleshoot software errors.\r\n\r\n\r\nMonitor production systems for performance, identify errors, and address emergency technical problems.\r\n\r\n\r\nOptimize existing code and database solutions to improve performance and reduce resource usage.\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist in designing and implementing technical architectures for software and database systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation for software processes and configurations.\r\n\r\n\r\nInstall, configure, and maintain software applications as required. Requirements - A 2-year degree in Information Technology, completion of a coding bootcamp, or equivalent experience is required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nAt least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.\r\n\r\n\r\nProficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and the Entity Framework.\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide training or support to end users.\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated ethical behavior, initiative, and a commitment to organizational growth.
