This position contributes to the organization''s growth by maintaining system integrity, optimizing infrastructure, and promoting cloud technology adoption, thereby enabling reliable and efficient technology operations.Responsibilities:• Monitor system hardware, resources, and processes daily to ensure integrity and availability.• Tune performance, upgrade infrastructure, and optimize resources as needed.• Provision and configure hardware, peripherals, services, and storage according to standards.• Research and implement automated approaches for system administration tasks.• Provide Tier II support, investigating and troubleshooting incidents and requests.• Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation.• Influence adoption of cloud technologies and best practices within the technology teams.• Propose solutions to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Comply with all policies and standards.Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with AWS or AWS Certification.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.• At least 2 years of Linux systems administration and configuration experience.• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python or Bash.• Experience with cloud networking and security best practices.• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting solutions.• Knowledge of DNS and web server configurations.• Ability to quickly understand complex codebases using AI tools.• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Gitlab, Terraform, and CDK.• Understanding of containers and orchestration tools such as ECS or Kubernetes.• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.• Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to stay current with industry trends.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range for this position is 75K to 115K per year, determined by education, experience, skills, and market alignment.• Eligibility to participate in the quarterly bonus incentive plan.• Comprehensive benefits package available for benefit-eligible employees.Benefits & Perks:• The original job description provided a link to a comprehensive benefits guide but did not explicitly list specific benefits.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
