Safety Compliance Specialist

Safety CoordinatorA growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support and enforce safety programs across a high-volume plant. This role is focused on maintaining compliance, driving safety awareness, and supporting a strong safety culture on the production floor.Responsibilities:Support OSHA compliance, audits, and safety programsConduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigationsMaintain safety documentation and reporting (OSHA logs, training records, etc.)Deliver safety training (PPE, LOTO, forklift, emergency response)Partner with operations to identify hazards and drive improvementsTrack safety metrics and support continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:24 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsKnowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulationsOSHA 30 certification requiredForklift certification requiredExperience with safety training and incident investigationsStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred: Experience in automotive or aerospace environments
