OpportunityPropel Schools is seeking Football Coaching Talent for the upcoming season at Propel Braddock Hills High School. This posting is intended to identify and connect with candidates interested in supporting the football program in various coaching capacities.As we continue to finalize program structure and coaching assignments, we are looking to build a pool of qualified and interested candidates. Selected candidates will be contacted as roles are defined and needs become clearer leading into the season.Successful Candidates Will HavePrior football coaching experience at high-school, youth or college levelStrong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player developmentAbility to support student-athlete growth on and off the fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skills with student-athletes, families, and staffHigh level of organization, accountability, and reliabilityWillingness to collaborate with the head coach and athletic leadershipCommitment to fostering a positive, competitive, and development-focused team cultureAlignment with Propel Schools’ mission and valuesResponsibilities May Include (based On Role Assignment)Assisting with planning and execution of practices and gamesSupporting skill development and conditioning of student-athletesAssisting with team operations, supervision, and communicationPromoting academic accountability and positive behavior among athletesSupporting program development and team cultureRequirementsUp-to-date TB TestAct 34 Criminal ClearanceAct 114 FBI ClearanceAct 151 Child Abuse ClearanceMandated Reporter TrainingAdditional InformationCoaching roles, responsibilities, and stipends will be determined as program needs are finalized.
