The position is responsible for the successful execution of service-related operations within the established operational standards.\n\nEssential Functions:\nEnsure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.\nEnsure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.\nEnsure all beverage products served meet the established specifications and standards.\nMaintain certification for completion of training in Health Code Standards; teach, train and enforce practical application of all Health Code requirements at all bars and by all Beverage team members to ensure the responsibilities to Public Health and Safety are met.\nResponsible for the knowledge of all TABC laws, ordinance. Implementation of these requirements and ensure TABC certification of all staff.\nEnsure the proper level of service is provided based on forecasted needs.\nWork with other F&B management to ensure proper management and staff coverage at all times through effective, methodical scheduling and planning.\nComplete required daily financial tools and reports\nWork with Finance and IT to ensure that all revenues are captured and reported accurately.\nTrack team member cash variances and ensure wage deductions are made in accordance with policies and procedures.\nOvernight inventory count in all bars to ensure that all bars are being properly maintained.\nExecute and audit beverage inventory and cost control systems and processes.\nAnalyze and evaluate beverage department profits and loss statements and make recommendations as to alternative courses of action.\nWith the Director of F&B and F&B Management team, direct the purchasing agent in matters pertaining to the purchase of products. Ensure all products necessary for beverage operations are ordered and delivered in a timely fashion.\nRespond immediately to any guest complaints to ensure that corrections are made, and that 100% guest satisfaction is met. Implement \"Guest Recovery\" as appropriate.\nMaintain a clean, sanitary, safe and comfortable environment for team members and guests; creating a positive work environment that fosters harmony and growth.\nEnsure that all bars and beverage equipment is operated safely and with reasonable care, reporting mechanical problems to the proper department for repair.\nGenerate and track work orders as needed.\nMaintain high standards of sanitation and inventory organization.\nResponsible for the thorough inspection of all products as they are being stored and rotated.\nEnsure proper stock storage location on shelving units.\nStore inventory in proper designated location with a focus on organization, sheet to shelf system and stock rotation.\nEnsure completion of paperwork in a timely manner including submittal of invoices and inventory.\nRecord purchases and issues of beverage related supplies to the bars on a daily basis.\nMaintain a perpetual inventory system. Maintain assigned par levels of product in storerooms and at the bar locations.\nDevelop procedures to improve accountability.\nAssist with beverage transfers, orders and special requests.\nEnsure work area is clean and free from debris and ensure that proper supplies are sufficient on a daily basis.\nAssist Beverage Inventory Clerks in the ordering process update costing information in inventory spreadsheets.\nWork with the Manager and Food and Beverage Assistant Director on negotiating prices and vendor specials.\nResponsible for the temperature control points at cooler and storage locations.\nReceive and inspect the beverage and resulting invoices to ensure beverage quality is up to casino specifications and the facility is being appropriately charged.\nEnsure that the casino, property and departmental goals are identified, achieved and positive results are maintained.\nThrough coaching, teaching and training, lead Beverage Department personnel in the proper performance of their duties; leading by positive example at all times. Document these actions as necessary.\nSet performance expectations and provide coaching and operational support of the staff.\nEnsure that all Beverage staff and Supervisory members are presented with timely, honest and effective evaluations.\nDemonstrate and promote KLECH core values and guest service skills\nManage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.\nAttend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.\nMonitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies.
