Mentorship and professional development training are a focus throughout your entire career.ResponsibilitiesScan backtags and merchandise UPCs for in-stock status and then fill shelves, peg hooks, and fixtures with the appropriate product, with an emphasis on efficiency and quality of work Assist customers and sales people with retrieving product Other duties that may be assigned by supervisor, as neededMaintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas. General cleaning and organization around the sore and back stock areasAbility to add and subtract two digit number and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates. Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform their job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.ScheduleMust be available to work assigned schedule, typically Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional weekends. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, and holidays as needed.
