Deliver solutions to production environments that add business value. Collaborate with teammates and product owners to groom backlogs of epics and stories for upcoming development sprints. Push the limits of strong software engineering by driving automated software testing, advanced change control, and continuous delivery. Job Requirements 4‐year degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience. Senior‐level experience with Docker, Jenkins, OpenStack, Puppet, Maven, Git, Java for enterprise applications with automated builds, deployments, and operating domains. Strong preference for experience with Grafana, Flume, Thruk/Shinken/Nagios, and Spark/Hadoop. At least five years of application delivery and software development experience. Advanced knowledge of the Java/Linux technology stack, including application servers, backend processing, web tier, and shell scripting. Advanced experience in automated testing, test‐driven development, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code. Experience with big data technology stack (e.g. Hadoop, Cascading, Spark, Scala, Solr/Lucene). Leadership experience leading or helping to lead application delivery teams. Willingness to pair program when beneficial. Strong communication skills and active discussion in team settings. Passion for development, constantly learning on the job and outside of work.
