Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency Prepare and execute menu items according to company standards Develop and update menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and menu planning Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment Ensure proper portioning, plating, and consistency across all dishes Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Culinary degree preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Staff meals provided Opportunities for growth and career development More detail about Zoi Mediterranean Nomad part of Maya Prestige Group, please visit
