Focus on project flow and communication, writing, and editing content that accommodates diverse learning styles and fits the pace and style of various learning and development modalities.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and design team by scheduling and coordinating meetings and deliverables.\n\nSupport the design team with editing, reviewing, and revising curriculum content as needed.\n\nEnsure consistency and accuracy in all documents and content.\n\nAssist the L&D administration with project management scheduling.\n\nAssist with developing and maintaining course project plans, tracking on‑time delivery of projects.\n\nAssist in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.\n\nSupport the data governance analyst to evaluate internal systems for efficiency and develop protocols for handling and processing data.\n\nAssist with data monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance of data reports.\n\nCreate, run, and disseminate reports of evaluation results to management staff.\n\nOther duties as assigned within scope.\n\nTravel Requirements\nStatewide travel required.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Communication, or related field.\n\nDemonstrated editorial experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree.\n\nEditorial experience with digital educational capabilities.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data collection and reporting tools.\n\nProficiency in educational and technical writing, strong writer with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent digital adaptability skills for diverse project styles.\n\nInnovative and solutions‑oriented thinker with excellent communication skills.\n\nAppointment Information\nThis is a 100% full‑time Civil Service 5001 – Program Assistant position, appointed on a 12‑month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the posting closes. The advertised salary range is $21.95–$32.64 per hour (annual $42,802.50–$63,648). The budgeted annual salary is $26.88–$27.69 per hour ($52,416–$54,000). The position is not eligible for work‑authorization sponsorship.
