In this role, you will support renovations throughout our Community. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on construction experience and learning the carpentry trade.Key Responsibilities Include:Assist with demolition and renovation work.Move materials, tools and debris throughout job sites. Support Carpenter's with drywall, framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding and installation tasks as directed. Assist with daily project setup and cleanup.QualificationsPrevious construction or labor experience is helpful but not required. Basic familiarity with construction tools preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow directions required.Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently required.Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude required.Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills required. Must maintain a clean, neat appearance required.Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials required. Must possess a good work ethic, dependability, flexibility and be punctual required.
