This role will assist with the administration of federal student aid programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations while delivering high-quality service to students and families.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview and process FAFSA applications and supporting documentation.Perform verification of student eligibility in accordance with federal guidelines.Assist in awarding and adjusting federal financial aid packages.Counsel students and families on federal aid programs (Pell Grants, Direct Loans, Work-Study).Resolve discrepancies and manage incomplete files.Maintain accurate records utilizing internal software: PowerFaids.Support operations, including phone, emails and walk-insREQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree1+ year of experience in Financial AidKnowledge of PowerFaidsFamiliarity with FAFSA and federal Title IV regulationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer services and communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degreeSALARY INFORMATIONWhen determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity.
