What We’re Looking For (High-Level) Strong communicator and relationship builder with buyers and partners Comfortable with sales, negotiations, and consistent follow-up High integrity, organized, and takes full ownership of results Self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced environment Real estate investing experience (wholesaling, fix & flip, buy-and-hold) is a big plus Compensation Structure (Performance-Aligned) We offer flexible compensation options based on experience and performance, designed to reward results: $2,000/month (first 3 months) + 2–4% commission $4,000/month + 2–4% commission Lower base + higher commission (custom structure) Commission-only (6–10%) for proven, high-performing closers (“true killers”) High performers will have the opportunity to increase commission percentages and grow into leadership roles.
