Senior Financial Analyst
OverviewA growing, private technology platform operating a portfolio of software and services businesses across property management and rental markets is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its finance team. This organization supports a range of residential, commercial, and short-term rental stakeholders through data-driven software solutions. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly analytical, with strong visibility to senior leadership.The RoleReporting to the VP of FP&A, this individual will support all core FP&A activities across a key business division. The role blends traditional planning responsibilities with strategic analysis and cross-functional partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting cyclesBuild and maintain financial models across revenue and expense driversAnalyze budget vs. actual performance, identifying key variances, risks, and opportunitiesPartner with divisional leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysisMonitor industry trends and macroeconomic indicators impacting performancePrepare and present financial reporting packages to senior leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, IT, HR, Accounting, and FinanceDrive process improvements across FP&A tools, workflows, and reportingQualifications5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related rolesStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modelingExperience with ERP and/or planning tools (e.g., NetSuite or similar)Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trendsStrong communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional stakeholdersExperience in SaaS or tech-enabled businesses is a plusEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldMBA and/or CPA preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + bonusComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company contributionHSA/FSA optionsDisability and life insurancePaid time off + holidays + volunteer daysEmployee assistance programs and additional wellness benefits
