Recruiter – Copier & Office Technology IndustryPosition SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across an assigned geographic territory within the United States, supporting hiring needs specific to the copier, managed print services (MPS), and office technology industry. This role serves as the primary talent acquisition partner for hiring managers within the territory, owning candidate pipelines and hiring execution to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and compliantly.This is an individual contributor role requiring strong recruiting fundamentals, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for an assigned U.S. territory, supporting roles across sales, service, technical, administrative, and operational functions within the copier and office technology industryPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce prioritiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring processSource, screen, interview, and present qualified candidatesDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, referrals, networking, and industry-specific channelsManage requisitions and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and complianceSupport onboarding coordination to ensure a positive candidate and new-hire experienceEnsure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesTrack recruiting activity and metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate flow, and provide updates to hiring managers and HR leadershipPartner with external recruiting agencies or vendors as needed to support applicant volumeParticipate in recruiting initiatives and continuous improvement projectsAdhere to all safety policies and company proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedRelationship ResponsibilityReports to: Director of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition LeaderNo direct management or supervisory responsibilityActs as a key recruiting partner to hiring managers within the assigned territoryJob Qualifications / SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyAbility to build productive working relationships with hiring managers and candidatesSolid interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsResults-oriented mindset with attention to quality and complianceAbility to adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently while collaborating with HR and business partnersHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityEducation And Experience Requirements4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting within the copier, managed print services, office technology, or related B2B technical industries preferredExperience owning recruiting responsibilities for a defined geographic territory across the United StatesExperience recruiting for field-based roles such as technicians, sales representatives, or service professionals preferredExperience managing and reporting in an Applicant Tracking SystemWork RequirementsRegular business hours with flexibility to support hiring managers across multiple time zonesDomestic travel up to 20% as neededOffice-based or hybrid work environment depending on locationDISCLAIMERThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature of work performed; the level of knowledge and skills typically required; and usual working conditions of this job.
