This role will initially focus on developing solutions across the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) products with future opportunities to shape the adoption of other modules, such as Integrated Risk Management and IT Asset Management modules. Additionally, this role will develop integrations with enterprise platforms, such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS), and other enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in implementing and improving service delivery for both corporate and site-based teams and ensuring compliance across a complex regulatory landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to shape scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that support a dynamic and distributed workforce.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDevelop and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows within HRSD and ITSM products and other future modules.\r\nImplement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, and project management tools.\r\nMaintain custom integrations using technologies like JDBC, REST, flat file, etc.; evaluate and configure Integration Hub spokes and UI customizations.\r\nEnsure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.\r\nParticipate in Agile development processes.\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\r\n2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, plus additional years in an IT position (e.g., business analyst).\r\nProven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and other integration patterns.\r\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.\r\nProficiency in server-side scripting.\r\nExperience working in Agile environments and leading technical delivery.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nCertifications in relevant technologies, such as Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer.\r\nFamiliarity with the construction industry, compliance requirements, and field service operations.\r\nWork Conditions\r\nProlonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.\r\nMust be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.\r\nMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times.\r\nOccasional travel, via airplane, for meetings.\r\nCompensation\r\nIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance.
