lead technical exchanges, site surveys, and demos to build trust.Project Delivery and Technical Support:Bridge sales and EPC/engineering teams; coordinate with HQ product, supply chain, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges during installation and commissioning.Support POC setup and testing to meet customer performance criteria.Product & Capability:Collect market requirements and competitive insights; feed back to product management for roadmap and certification planning.Build a knowledge base of solutions, document best practices, and empower regional teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Refrigeration, Thermal Power, HVAC, or related.8+ years of data center experience covering design, delivery, or technical support; overseas project experience preferred.Proficient in data center infrastructure systems, understanding the coupling between cooling, IT load, power, and BMS; holistic view is a plus.Skilled in technical bidding, cost estimation, and risk management; knowledge of low-carbon technologies (liquid cooling, modular) preferred.Able to independently calculate TCO/Capex/Opex and articulate economic value in client financial terms.English working proficiency with excellent cross-cultural presentation and negotiation skills;
