Centuria is honored to have been awarded this distinction.\r\nJob Responsibilities Manage and administer all mobile devices, laptops, and computers (wired, docked, and wireless).\r\nPerform equipment installations, peripheral connections, installation, and deletion of software consistent with standard configurations and/or established policies.\r\nPerform configuration management functions for software and hardware.\r\nPerform initial system diagnostics and troubleshooting. Identify problems and resolve hardware/software/network malfunctions.\r\nProvide minor software and hardware maintenance, such as component replacement and/or upgrading components and installing software updates and patches. Replacement parts will be provided by the Government.\r\nProvide basic assistance for commonly used office automation applications.\r\nThe contractor shall utilize the Government provided helpdesk software.\r\nOpen and close secure rooms.\r\nAssist Government personnel, when tasked, to prepare, document, and maintain a review of hardware and software license and maintenance agreement inventories.\r\nJob Requirements Must be local to Scott AFB\r\n3+ years of technical experience as helpdesk support or related IT field\r\nActive Secret security clearance\r\nDoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
