You will work closely with DEPT, as well as client Design, Engineering, Analytics and Growth teams to ensure successful delivery of technical e-mail projects.\r\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\r\nPartner directly with OpenAI Design, Engineering, Analytics and Business teams on lifecycle e-mail programs\r\nAct as a POC with many different internal teams, both technical, product and operational\r\nDrive execution/own end-to-end project management for e-mail campaigns: intake, prioritization, launch readiness, QA, and post-launch analysis\r\nIndependently coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality launches\r\nImprove and standardize e-mail operating processes (campaign intake, briefing, approvals, QA, reporting, learnings)\r\nDrive continuous process improvements to reduce manual work and execution friction\r\nLog all email in flights/requests and flag if new requests are redundant\r\nEnsure all design templates are aligned – carry out audit as needed\r\nStandardize post-campaign reporting and learning reviews to inform future iterations\r\nSupport infrastructure improvements with OpenAI Eng/Analytics to close known gaps (e.g. e-mail segmentation exclusions, standardization of queries, ensuring data freshness)\r\nWHAT YOU BRING\r\nPossess a technical background – comfortable speaking with engineers on a daily basis\r\nUp-to-date with current technical trends, tools and software\r\nSQL knowledge is mandatory\r\nConfident and accomplished communicator, able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels\r\nAbility to work under pressure – meet and manage deadlines with ease and efficiency\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with teams, giving guidance and feedback\r\nWE SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU\r\nDEPT is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
