Affiliate & Partnership Specialist

The Affiliate & Partnership Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster the engagement and growth of our customer base.

Job Locations: Germantown - WI, Hybrid (3 days in office - Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Recommend and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, including opportunity analysis, revenue targets, prioritization, and budget management
Forecast and manage affiliate partners revenue and spend, ensuring monthly budgets are not exceeded
Identify new opportunities, recruit new affiliates and negotiate financial structure of deals
Vet vendor/platform opportunities around video & content syndication
Develop offers and other marketing opportunities to expand program
Collaborate with merchandising, other Marketing channels to align on consistent brand messaging and cross-channel promotions
Manage creative and development requests with internal teams, including managing product data feeds
Communicate promotions to top affiliate partners, negotiate placements, and determine appropriate payouts for large scale promotions
Develop, foster and grow relationships with key affiliates and marketing partners/influencers
Manage affiliate compliance and perform competitive monitoring
Execute digital strategies for influencer and partnership programs
Research potential influencers and partners to grow programs
Establish and maintain influencer and partnership relationships
Develop and implement strategic plan in conjunction with other marketing channels to execute cross-channel promotions
Proactively engage potential influencers and partners to drive favorable brand conversations
Monitor the community voice and sentiment, reporting of influencer and partner sentiment, concerns, and suggestions, competitive activity and social trends
Identify opportunities to connect Influencers and partners to our brand through content creation, activations, campaign, & seeding
Manage a high volume of social media posts
Plan, create, publish and share relevant content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages customers to engage with the brand
Create and plan editorial calendars and syndication schedules for each brand
Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz regarding new products
Collaborate with other marketing channels for cross-channel marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of relevant marketing experience and knowledge of digital technology
Possess customer-centric mindset
Curiosity to learn more about evolving technologies & retail industry
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and solve problems

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Affiliate networks
Experience with blog/forum marketing
Experience with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Experience with social media marketing and social analytics tools knowledge and able to take action
Knowledge of social media best practices and each platforms advertising policies
Experience in coding using HTML
