Production Leader (3rd shift)

DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Plan, organize, and establish a recommendation for manufacturing strategies.Essential Responsibilities Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed Give oral and written instructions to employees. Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency Assist employees with process issues. Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency. Trouble shoot errors Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.Other duties as assignedExperienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
