standards, governance, and compliance requirements.Track program metrics and provide regular progress updates to leadership.Support vendor coordination, third-party delivery, and contractual deliverables where applicable.Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence across programs.Ensure successful handoff to support and operations teams after implementation.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.7+ years of experience in IT project or program management.Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise IT environments.Experience with budget tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.Experience with cybersecurity, cloud migration, infrastructure, or application modernization programs.Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and audit
