This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate with deep experience in complex real estate transactions to work on high-profile joint venture matters.Key Responsibilities:Structure, negotiate, and draft complex real estate joint venture agreementsAdvise clients on sophisticated limited liability company (LLC) and partnership arrangementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale real estate transactionsManage significant portions of deals independently while contributing to team strategyQualifications:7–10 years of experience handling complex real estate joint venturesStrong experience with LLC and partnership agreements in a real estate contextExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage substantial responsibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrior experience at a major law firm strongly preferredStrong academic credentialsAdmission to the California BarCompensation:Competitive base salary ranging from $365,000 to $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications
