Job Title: Azure Cloud Admin with Cosmos DB ExpertiseLocation: Raritan, NJ (Day-1 onsite, minimum 3 days/week)Job Type: ContractExperience Required: 10–15 years Job Description:The client needs a hands-on Azure Cloud Administrator who has strong expertise in Azure Cosmos DB and Azure cloud native technologies. This is not just a Cosmos DB developer role, it requires someone with cloud infrastructure setup, administration, and operational management skills, along with Cosmos DB database experience.Must Have:Azure Cosmos DB – setup, configuration, performance tuning, data modeling.Azure Cloud Native Technologies – understanding and experience with services such as Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Monitor, etc.Azure Cloud Infrastructure Setup – provisioning, configuring, and securing resources.Hands-on Cloud Administration – managing environments, troubleshooting, security, monitoring.Networking & Security in Azure – NSGs, Firewalls, IAM, Role Assignments.Good to Have:Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-420).Scripting with PowerShell or Azure CLI.Experience with hybrid cloud environments.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConfigure and administer Azure Cosmos DB instances for high performance and scalability.Implement and manage Azure cloud native services.Set up Azure cloud infrastructure from scratch.Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.Work with DevOps/Cloud teams to support deployments.
