Day-to-day responsibilities will primarily include assisting with switch migrations, supporting data center build activities, and partnering with senior engineers on implementation efforts.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Validate and remediate network vulnerabilities identified through enterprise scanning processes.Ensure network infrastructure complies with defined security baselines and configuration standards.Perform impact analysis and determine applicability of vulnerabilities.Execute remediation activities (patching, configuration changes, upgrades).Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to support network operations and vulnerability remediation.Use Ansible to automate network configuration, deployments, and operational tasks.Collaborate using Git for version control and management of automation code and configuration changes.Support change management processes for production deployments.Maintain documentation to support compliance reporting and audit readiness.Partner with NOC and Engineering teams to validate fixes and ensure stability.Track assigned remediation tasks and meet defined SLAs.Required Qualifications1–5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or network engineering role.Strong foundational knowledge of routing and switching.Experience troubleshooting production network environments.Software development or network automation experience.Strong proficiency with Python for scripting and automation.Experience using Ansible for infrastructure or network automation.Experience with Git for source control and collaborative development.Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems.Preferred QualificationsExposure to vulnerability management or compliance processes.Experience with Cisco and/or Arista platforms.Experience automating network operations and infrastructure management.Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices is a plus.EEO: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
