This is a deeply technical, execution-focused role embedded directly with customer security teams. The engineer will spend the majority of their time on hands-on implementation and engineering work, with a smaller share dedicated to senior-level advisory and risk discussion.Engagement ContextOur customers are predominantly Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 organizations with mature, large-scale security functions. The successful candidate will work alongside these customers' security architects and engineers, contributing at a peer level and defending technical approaches through detailed, substantive discussion. Technical depth and credibility are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead hands-on security engineering within customer Databricks environments, delivering production-ready implementations.Analyze data logs and data flows to identify and remediate security gaps.Assess and secure AI agent orchestration across AWS and Azure environments.Collaborate directly with customer security architects and engineers, providing detailed technical justification for design and implementation decisions.Build scalable, maintainable solutions within the customer's existing tooling and platform.Required Qualifications3-5 Years if professional experience working in a customer delivery environment Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer AssociateDemonstrated, in-depth expertise with the Databricks platform.
