Support lean initiatives, maintain a safe work area, and help meet quality and on-time delivery goals._\n\n_*Key Responsibilities*_\n\n* _Set up and operate production machines for cutting, drilling, forming, tapping, deburring, reaming, and related operations._\n* _Perform mechanical and electronic assembly using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment._\n* _Read and follow blueprints, specifications, assembly routes, and work instructions._\n* _Adjust machine feeds, speeds, and cutting depth as needed to maintain quality._\n* _Inspect parts and assemblies using gauges, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment._\n* _Perform basic product testing and accurately record test results._\n* _Remove burrs, sharp edges, and other surface irregularities; perform basic finishing or touch-up work as required._\n* _Maintain equipment, tools, calibration requirements, and a clean, FOD-free work area._\n* _Complete required SPC and quality documentation._\n* _Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities._\n* _Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures._\n\n_*Qualifications*_\n\n* _2+ years of manufacturing, machining, or assembly experience._\n* _Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions._\n* _Basic shop math skills; knowledge of trigonometry is a plus._\n* _Comfortable using computers and job-specific software._\n* _Experience with mechanical assembly preferred._\n* _Strong attention to detail and quality._\n* _Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment._\n\n_*Preferred Qualifications*_\n\n* _Post-secondary education in Electronics Technology or a related field._\n* _Soldering experience._\n* _Experience with electronic/mechanical test equipment._\n* _Lean manufacturing experience._\n\n_*Work Environment*_\n\n_Manufacturing environment requiring safe use of machinery, hand/power tools, measuring equipment, and assembly/test equipment.
