Help shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by understanding user requirements, scrutinizing product usability, and providing invaluable feedback.\nQuality Testing & Troubleshooting: responsible for comprehensive software testing, to guarantee impeccable feature releases. Develop and maintain accurate test plans and ensure compliance across all platforms.\nDocumentation: create detailed reports on the quality and functionality of software applications after thorough testing. Outstanding communication skills.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in technology is a distinct advantage, though not mandatory\n5+ years of recent experience in roles like Technical IT Support, Product Support, or Systems Engineering is essential.\n2+ years of experience scripting in at least one or preferably multiple scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Batch, Python, etc.\nPrevious experience with at least 2 of the 3 operating systems: Windows, Mac or Linux is required. Including an understanding of system settings, the Windows Registry, and other OS foundational aspects.\nExperience with computer networks and network equipment setup and management, understanding of network hardware would make you stand out.\nExperience working with databases including PostgreSQL, SQL, and MySQL.\nExperience setting up and configuring Virtual Machines (VM).
