Process: AI Assessment + Web InterviewAbout the RoleClient is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Data Integration to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and data integration solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dataverse, enterprise integrations, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership capabilities, extensive experience mentoring engineering teams, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned CRM solutions within complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 Architecture & Solution Delivery• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions• Architect scalable CRM platforms aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards• Design and oversee Dynamics customizations, workflows, business processes, and automation initiatives• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and operational reliabilityEnterprise Data Integration & Architecture• Architect and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications• Design and support real-time, event-driven, and API-based integration frameworks• Build and oversee enterprise data pipelines supporting customer, operational, and analytical workloads• Drive integration strategies utilizing modern cloud-native and event-driven architecture patternsDataverse & Platform Governance• Lead governance and architecture of Dataverse environments• Design enterprise data models, security frameworks, and access control strategies• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data management standards• Establish best practices for platform administration and lifecycle managementTechnical Leadership & Engineering Excellence• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional development teams• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design validation sessions• Mentor developers and engineers while driving technical excellence and delivery quality• Establish engineering standards, development frameworks, and governance practicesDevOps, Automation & Cloud Enablement• Support CI/CD implementation and automation strategies using Azure DevOps and GitHub• Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and product teams to ensure seamless deployments• Drive production readiness, reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence initiativesStakeholder Collaboration• Partner with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and enterprise leadership teams• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on CRM modernization and enterprise integration initiativesMandatory Skills & QualificationsDynamics 365 & CRM Expertise• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)• Strong experience supporting:– Dynamics 365 Sales– Dynamics 365 Customer Service• Deep expertise in Dynamics customizations, platform extensions, and enterprise CRM solutionsTechnical Development & Integration• Strong hands-on experience with:– Dataverse– Plugins– Custom APIs– JavaScript– C#• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using:– REST APIs– GraphQL– Change Data Capture (CDC)– Event-Driven ArchitecturesCloud & Data Platforms• Experience with:– AWS Data Lake– Amazon S3– Customer Data Platforms (CDP)– Enterprise Database Technologies• Strong understanding of cloud-native integration and data architecture principlesDevOps & Automation• Experience with:– Azure Services– Azure DevOps– GitHub– CI/CD Pipelines– Power AutomateLeadership Experience• 10+ years of enterprise application development experience• 2–3+ years of experience leading technical teams or serving as a Technical Lead• Strong experience mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and driving architecture decisions• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Fabric• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Highly Preferred)AI & Modern Data Platforms• Experience supporting AI-enabled enterprise platforms and intelligent business solutions• Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI integrations, and modern data
