We set up our principles together and our company processes, decisions, and goals are always transparent.\nIn this position you will have the following responsibilities:\nPlanning, integration, launching and modifying automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and other similar technologies (pick by light, laser scanners, RFID, etc.) with their supporting equipment and controls.\nAssist in developing necessary project processing parameters and provide AGV and system programming assistance.\nEnsure accuracy of the processes and analyze daily equipment and process flow effectiveness.\nTake corrective actions and follow up on those actions through completion with the relevant parties.\nProvide clear and sufficient feedback to equipment suppliers on operational problems and needs.\nFollow solutions through to implementation by active follow up procedures.\nEvaluate alternative logistics processes and assess their viability with the impact to other departments.\nCreate proposals for process optimization in particular areas and/or in regard to reducing costs and showing/identifying solutions.\nInitiate, maintain and develop countermeasures for potential failure mode and effects analysis.\nEnsure proper PDCA (plan, do check, act) implementation and communication in a controlled and standardized approach regarding product, process, and people and the related changes resulting from a process change and continuous improvement activities.\nProcure from and/or exchange information with partners/colleagues in the plant, the logistics service provider, suppliers, and various departments (collaborate and generate best practices and lessons learned).\nPrepare planning options, evaluate cost-efficiency, and provide analysis in a detailed business case study for management approval.\nSupport continuous improvement concepts and activities with the operational groups to ensure goals are achieved.\nPerform other duties as required.\nWe are looking for people with:\nBachelor‘s degree, with industry experience\nExperience in process management, quality management, and/or project management\nKnowledge in AutoCAD and PLC Programming is required, knowledge in FISO 14000, QS 9000, and ISO/TS 16949, Experience with SPC, and MSA, etc… is welcome\nExcellent communication skills\nWillingness to make decisions\nSelf-organizational skills and self reflection\nAbility to quickly ramp up and adapt to a wide range of topics and responsibilities\nGerman language ability is a plus\nWhat we offer:\nOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic start-up\nA transparent and participative company culture\nA high degree of possibilities to take part in company direction\nAn enjoyable company atmosphere, with an emphasis on respect and seeing the value in each person\nA qualification program for your personal development\nAn engaging onboarding program and buddy-concept\nCompetitive salary package\nRelocation assistance\nIf your qualifications match and you can identify with our company values, then we would love to hear from you.
