Our team has been recognized by the US Air Force Program as providing top quality services in support of the customers.\n\nIn this role, you will:\nWork collaboratively as a Java Application Developer on an Agile team and can complete user stories and develop/execute usable code and unit test conditions independently with minimal oversight and guidance.\nSupport Agile Scrum methodologies.\nContribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development.\nAdhere to, promotes, and maintains documentation and testing standards and best practices, participates in regular peer reviews.\nPerform acceptance testing, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as required.\nCommunicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders.\n\n** Position is 100% remote **\nQualifications:\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nAssociates Degree\nThe ability to obtain a NACI\n3 years of Agile and Java development experience\nThe ability to Travel up to 10%\nAdditional desired experience and skills:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field\nExperience with Agile software development practices\nStruts and/or Spring Boot experience\nJira, Confluence, and CVS, Git or Git-based tools (e.g., Bitbucket)\nOracle RDBMS/SQL\nExperience with Linux OS\nCompany Overview :\nSerco Inc.
