Opportunities for hybrid or remote possible.\r\nWorking Hours\r\nFull-Time, 40+ hours per week, 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed to meet business needs and job requirements.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide application development, automation development, and support services for new and existing solutions across the organization.\r\nAssist with the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal web, API, and service-based applications.\r\nAdhere to established development standards, coding conventions, and secure development practices.\r\nDevelop clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\r\nParticipate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical estimations, and peer code reviews.\r\nPerform code reviews and walk-throughs with Junior Developers and peers.\r\nMaintain a proficient understanding of release strategy and CI/CD.\r\nCollaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.\r\nTroubleshoot and debug issues in code.\r\nLearn and apply new technologies and programming languages as needed.\r\nParticipate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.\r\nContribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals.\r\nStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to web development and C# programming.\r\nQualifications\r\n3-4 years of experience as a software developer, software engineer, or application developer.\r\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET development using primarily C#.\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering).\r\nStrong understanding of and experience with Vue.js and MSQL.\r\nExperience designing and developing enterprise-grade software.\r\nExperience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.\r\nExperience with automated testing.\r\nExperience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and others.\r\nExperience with multi-threading and concurrency.\r\nExperience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nWorking at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work.\r\nOperation of office machinery and equipment.\r\nVisual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision.\r\nCompensation Overview\r\nThe annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and includes performance-based cash incentive awards.\r\nThis job description reflects the general duties of the job but is not a detailed description of all duties which may be inherent to the position.
