Coordinates schedules and supervises employees and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOrganize, coordinate, and supervise craft workers and subcontractors\n\nDetermine work priorities and coordinate activities to maintain efficient workflow\n\nEnforce contract requirements and jobsite safety; conduct regular safety meetings\n\nCoordinate with owners and design teams; serve as on-site liaison\n\nManage materials, deliveries, staging, and storage; maintain tool/equipment inventory and security\n\nWrite and submit detailed daily reports; communicate progress to the office\n\nHold weekly coordination meetings addressing schedule, manpower, safety, and materials\n\nMaintain overall schedule and short-interval schedules; drive schedule adherence\n\nLead quality control and ensure compliance with plans/specs/codes; coordinate inspections and testing\n\nTrack labor productivity; manage company and rental equipment for cost and productivity\n\nAccurately code and submit time; coordinate closeout and punch list completion\nCollaborate with Project Manager; mentor and evaluate subordinate staff\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nProven experience as a construction superintendent or similar field leadership role\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices\n\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supervising multiple subcontractors and trades\n\nExperience mentoring or supervising field personnel\n\nWork Environment / Travel\nField-based position; travel to project sites as needed; work in active indoor/outdoor construction environments.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalaried position with competitive salary, company fleet vehicle, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, paid holidays and vacation, and career growth opportunities.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nBranco Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
