equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n\n7+ years of progressive facilities management experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or multi‑site environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing facility operations, vendor relationships, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural systems, and building automation controls.\n\nExperience managing service contracts, vendor performance, and contractor compliance.\n\nWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and facility‑related regulatory standards.\n\nExperience developing and administering operating and capital budgets.\n\nProficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and external service providers.\n\nValid Driver's License.\n\nPreferred\nKey Competencies: Inter-Relationships\n\nConsistent interaction with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, external contractors, service providers, regulatory agencies, visitors, and business partners.\n\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nWork Environment\nThis position works in both office and industrial/distribution environments and requires regular facility inspections.
