Job Title: Electrical Specialist (Direct Hire) Location: West Pittsburg, PA (New Castle Generating Station) Pay: Starting at $ 40.49/hour Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (40 hours/week) Overview: Adecco is seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to join a team at the New Castle Generating Station in West Pittsburg, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity driven by a planned retirement, offering long-term stability at a modernized natural gas facility. Originally a coal plant, the station was transformed in 2016 into a natural gas facility and now operates with three gas-fired steam boilers, producing up to 328 MW. The site utilizes B&W Boilers, Westinghouse Steam Turbine Generators, and an ABB DCS control system. Position Summary: The Electrical Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining plant reliability and safety. This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical systems including motors, generators, transformers, and high-voltage equipment. This role also supports preventive maintenance, emergency response, and electrical safety initiatives.
