We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to be the link between all vehicle development Stakeholders including Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Development and Operations. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for communicating and coordinating the work to meet target deliverables and timing at each program milestone for one or several Autonomous Vehicle platforms.\n\n Essential Responsibilities\n\n \n Independently set timelines and goals for large scale Autonomous Vehicle development programs and/or other large scale initiatives that involve cross departmental collaboration.\n \n \n Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from the Product Definition through the Launch phases for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle programs.\n \n \n Identify dependencies across tasks and program teams to ensure continuous alignment.\n \n \n Own the financial health of assigned platforms: establish budget baselines, forecast costs, and monitor expenditures throughout the program lifecycle, while identifying financial variances or risks and executing mitigation plans to optimize resource allocation.\n \n \n Anticipate risks and work with Stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation plans.\n \n \n Communicate with partners to align program plans to escalate vehicle issues.\n \n \n Implement and manage change when necessary to meet desired outputs.\n \n \n Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.\n \n \n Champion prioritization of safety and quality.\n \n \n Support Engineering leaders in continuous improvement of the vehicle development and program management process.\n \n \n Develop and leverage relationships across functions to ensure clear communication and seamless follow-through.\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n Required: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline.\n \n \n 7-10 years of experience in program management working with complex products.\n \n \n A passion for both process and people-oriented solutions and strong organizational skills.\n \n \n Desirable: PMP Certification.\n \n \n Experience working with ADAS or Vehicle Control products.\n \n \n Previous experience working for a high-growth and mission-driven startup.\n \n \n Experience working with Automotive OEM or Suppliers.\n \n\n Physical Requirements\n\n \n Standard office working conditions which includes but is not limited to:\n \n \n Prolonged sitting.\n \n \n Prolonged standing.\n \n \n Prolonged computer use.\n \n \n Travel required? - Minimal: 0-10%.\n \n\n Benefits\n\n \n Comprehensive healthcare suite including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
