In this role within the Yield Enhancement organization, you will own all module‑related aspects of these steps, primarily deriving solutions for technology systematics, driving module process enhancements to improve yield, quality and cost competitiveness of products produced at SAS.\nRole and Responsibilities Own Module Integration for a specific group of steps within the process flow.\nOwn all systematic defect and device/parametric yield related issues for these steps.\nLead projects to cure these systematics from the technology and/or improve detection for them.\nOwn critical dimension targeting and variation control within the module.\nReview yield, cost, throughput‑related process changes across the factory at Change Control Board.\nProvide yield risk assessment and failure modeling for factory incidents at Material Review Board.\nSkills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field.\n3+ years of experience in BEOL process/module integration in semiconductor manufacturing.\n10+ years and/or FinFET experience highly preferred.\nExpert understanding of overall process flow in assigned areas and demonstrated understanding of interactions between process and yield, product performance and reliability.\nPrior knowledge of fab unit processes (Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Film Deposition, Wet Cleans, CMP, etc.) highly preferred.\nExpertise in project management, DOE generation and analyses.\nExpertise in bonding/packaging.\nExpertise in data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Spotfire).\nExpertise in Excel, PowerPoint.\nProgramming and/or scripting experience is a plus.\nExcellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, with ability to make and present executive summaries.\nPrior experience leading cross‑functional task force teams highly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments while shifting focus and changing priorities—dealing with ambiguity.\nStrong interpersonal skills to escalate issues, gain support, and effect lasting change.\nProven peer leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.\nCompensation The current base salary range for this role is between $126,210 and $212,650. Base pay will depend on duties, location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
