We are your family, friends and neighbors, and we work with and for our community to provide quality healthcare that fits your life and lifestyle. *Pay Rate: $35.38 - 44.22/hour (depending on experience)* Job Summary When acting as the CT/Radiologic Technologist, performs radiologic diagnostic procedures, adheres to proper Radiation Safety procedures, and performs procedures accurately and efficiently. Performs necessary quality control on equipment and assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills. As CT Tech, utilizes computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. CT Tech must be able to accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Radiology program. At least two years of experience in diagnostic imaging. A.R.R.T. registered. Current BLS required. CT registry. Licensed in Nevada. Also performs quality control procedures.
