Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying gaps, and shaping new delivery frameworks that align with strategic goals and client needs.\r\nMay serve as a Project Manager in one or more Development or Product Management projects.\r\nWhat you'll be doing...\r\nProgram Leadership & Execution\r\nDrive large-scale technical programs from concept through delivery.\r\nCoordinate across multiple engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.\r\nDefine program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.\r\nEnsure deliverables, scope and milestone are reflected and updated in Jira or other relevant project management tools.\r\nPlanning & Tracking\r\nDevelop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\r\nTrack progress against milestones and KPIs; manage risks and issues.\r\nWhere appropriate track deliverables against client-facing billing and delivery milestones.\r\nReport status updates to Development and Product leadership.\r\nCommunicates updates to client Program/ Project managers where appropriate.\r\nMaintain transparency through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nFacilitate communication between Software Development/ Engineering, Technology, Product Management, and client-facing teams.\r\nComfortable recognizing when to and facilitating pulling team members together to align and plan solutions to roadblocks or cross-functional challenges arising.\r\nCoordinate updates from each workstream lead and ensure workstream leads are tracking and reporting on progress.\r\nAlign technical efforts with product strategy and customer needs.\r\nLead cross-team syncs and technical reviews to ensure alignment.\r\nTechnical Expertise\r\nUnderstand system architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integration workflows.\r\nPartner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to estimate work, define milestones, and manage technical dependencies.\r\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks early in the development cycle.\r\nStakeholder Management\r\nCommunicate regularly with senior leadership on program status and escalations.\r\nManage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.\r\nEnsure client visibility and alignment on delivery timelines and scope.\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nSaaS, enterprise software, or platform development background.\r\nFamiliarity with distributed systems, microservices, and integration workflows.\r\nExperience in client-facing delivery environments or technical onboarding.\r\nWhat you'll bring to us\r\n510 years of experience in technical program or project management.\r\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and both cloud-native and more traditional software as a service architectures.\r\nProven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.\r\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\r\nExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.\r\nWe Support Who You Are\r\nAs a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
