Job Overview Position: Engineering Technician II – Full time, Non‐exempt. Pay Range: $27–$35 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits Health Insurance through Cigna (optional HSA plan with $10 per pay period matching) Dental and Vision insurance Long Term Disability Insurance, paid by employer Group and voluntary life insurance 401K Retirement Plan 9/80 Work Schedule Safety shoe allowance 3‐weeks PTO accrual and paid holidays Parental Leave Educational reimbursement Perks Catered company lunches on a quarterly basis Company summer picnic for employees and their families Department activities budget Company happy hours, trivia night and more Casual dress code Employee referral program Employee recognition awards Job Responsibilities Assemble, test, and diagnose scroll compressors, vacuum pumps, and expanders using engineering drawings with minimal supervision Help develop and document assembly and test procedures Train production personnel on new assembly and test methods Wire compressors and vacuum pumps to motor controllers using electrical schematics Assist with selecting and setting up tools and test equipment for prototype and production use Build, assemble, and maintain prototype test stands Perform pressure and leak testing on compressors, pumps, and related equipment Support RMA evaluations and prototype troubleshooting Assist with transitioning prototype designs into production Work independently and as part of a cross‐functional team Perform quality checks on assemblies before shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Lift and move materials and components weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field preferred 3+ years of hands‐on mechanical assembly or testing experience Experience in prototype or mechanical testing environments preferred Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools Experience with basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Location Thornton, Colorado.
