The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:\nProvide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients.\nDevelop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA.\nTrain each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment plan.\nContinuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective.\nModify any programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.\nConduct assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS upon intake and every 6 months, thereafter.\nTrack all authorizations dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorizations expire.\nMonitor and adjust behavior plans throughout the treatment period in accordance with the child’s progression.\nConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.\nParticipate in bi-weekly BCBA group meetings and monthly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO) to discuss client progress or concerns.\nProvide regular parent/caretaker training\nMaintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events.\nAssist with scheduling\nProvide direct coverage as needed\nBe present in the center during business hours\nAssist with any clinical needs as they arise\nSupport kiddos and RBTs with a minimum of 28 impact weekly hours\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nSupervise RBTs who are working towards their BCBA certification\nConduct weekly competencies for newly hired RBTs and monthly competencies for RBTs who have been with the company longer than 1 month.\nReview RBTs session notes for accuracy and provide detailed feedback to RBTs.\nProvide initial corrective feedback to RBTs, when needed, as part of progressive disciplinary action procedures.\nProactively manage and develop RBT staff\nQualifications:\nEducation and Experience\nBACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required\nA Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices\nPossess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.\nPrevious experience in supervision preferred.\nAdditional Eligibility Requirements\nMust abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB\nMust abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom\nMust have reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone\nWork positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff\nDemonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude\nRequires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and\nde-escalate situations with clients.\nProlonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or\nsitting in order to interact with clients.\nMust be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.\nAdequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.\nEye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other\nnecessary tools.\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
