In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solutionGuide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needsAnalyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processesPartner with clients to understand their business and related needsIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solutionUtilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriateUnderstand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutionBuild long term relationship and trustInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they ariseQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environmentAt least 1 year of business consulting experience.Job RequirementsPreference will be given to candidates who have the following: WorkForce Now experience/knowledge highly preferred.Implementation experience highly preferred.Payroll knowledge including payroll skills for processing Client payrolls. Accuracy and dependability important since errors or omissions can directly impact Client associate paychecks, and errors in reporting can also lead to penalty and interest payments for ADP.Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.Must be able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills. Strong Organizational Skills. Strong Process and documentation skills. Strong Research Skills.
