Company Description Houston NeuroSolutions, in collaboration with Your Wellness Practice, provides holistic precision mental health care in the areas of Psychiatry, Functional Medicine, Neuromodulation and psychotherapy. We are seeking a skilled, analytically-minded licensed psychotherapist to work with complex clinical presentations at the cutting edge intersection of neuroscience, psychotherapy and neuromodulation.This role is designed for a clinician who is equally comfortable with structured diagnostic thinking and relational therapy, and who values precision, measurable outcomes, and integrative care.We have developed a team culture that is friendly, collaborative, and patient centered. The ability to work in a team environment and appreciate different perspectives is imperative. You will work within a collaborative care model incorporating:Neuromodulation (e.g., TMS, neurostimulation)Psychotherapy integrated into brain-based treatment protocolsCollaborative team based approaches to Multidisciplinary TreatmentClinical Focus AreasYou will primarily work with:Children, Adolescents, and AdultsTrauma & Attachment-Related DisordersAnxiety Disorders and Mood DisordersExecutive Functioning, ADHD and Cognitive Decline Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)Ideal Candidate ProfileYou are:Detail-oriented and analytically strongFriendly, adaptable and works well in a team environment.Able to move fluidly between data-driven interpretation and relational therapyComfortable with complex cases requiring layered conceptualizationInterested in neuroscience and brain-behavior relationshipsSkilled in both:Top-down interventions (CBT, executive strategies)Bottom-up awareness (mindfulness, somatic regulation)LPC, LPC-A, LMSW Schedule & StructureFlexible structure (contracted with each organization)Evening and Saturday availability is a plus for younger patients.CompensationCompetitive, productivity-based compensation aligned with experience and training levelTo ApplyPlease submit:CV/ResumeBrief statement of clinical approach and areas of expertise
