At GPG, we take pride in delivering fresh, healthy, and safe products to communities while caring for the earth’s natural resources and investing in our family of employees—come grow with us!Job DescriptionCLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONAdditional InfoWhat You Will NeedFour-year degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in food safety, quality assurance, or produce industry.Prior supervisory or leadership experience.Strong knowledge of food safety systems including HACCP, FSMA, Preventive Controls, GMPs, GAP, SSOP, and GFSI standards.Experience with environmental monitoring programs and microbiological testing required.Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, LGMA, USDA).Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, food safety manuals, and product specifications.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QA/QC systems (e.g., Safety Culture, Highland Hub, GIS, Famous Software).Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
