Ethics & Compliance teams provide coordinated advice and assistance on regulatory and risk management issues, as well as management and oversight regarding the organization’s ethics.Role Summary:As an Americas Ethics Program Supervising Associate, you will play a key role in advancing ethics engagement and awareness across the firm through:Executing an effective communication, training, and engagement strategy to support a culture of integrity and accountabilityManaging framework activities to embed ethics into the rhythm of business with a shared vision throughout EYIdentifying and implementing modifications and enhancements to meet evolving prioritiesYou will work with executive-level personnel, train and mentor team members, and manage the effective day-to-day program operations. You will work independently, with periodic feedback.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm and highlight key ethics responsibilities Independently and collaboratively create and design engaging learning and/or communications content for ethics initiatives, using a creative approach and human-centric tone to empower and educate employees on doing the right thingBuild and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels within the firm, both in managing projects and review processes across multiple teamsLeverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture and the Ethics ProgramImplement strategies that advance the ethics framework and review the application of foundational elementsStay informed about emerging knowledge and trends and translate insights into actionable recommendationsIdentify topics for training presentations to communicate new developments (and their impact) to EY professionals and ECRM team membersResearch and analyze the key requirements of firm policies and regulators’ rules regarding ethics and integritySupport annual regulatory processes (e.g. QC1000) and maintain documentation for complianceEstablish and implement project plans, including goals and measures. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $87,100 to $148,100Bay Area California offices – $90,700 to $154,300All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $72,600 to $135,700Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
