Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system (Aloha POS) - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
