Quality Compliance Specialist

DescriptionObjectiveThis person will be involved in SOP development and training programs for new and current procedures. This person will also perform regular GMP audits to find improvement opportunities.Essential ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance to training, SOPs, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operations and the overall quality of our productsPerform internal audits of all brewery processes and identify potential problemsLead projects to improve processes, procedures, and/or practices and see them through to completion.RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of all aspects of brewery productionAbility to interpret basic scientific documentation and dataAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actionsMicrosoft Office skills with strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skillsUnderstanding of Good Documentation Practices and Document/Records ControlsUnderstanding of Smartsheet operationsPhysical & Mental RequirementsMust have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.
