Finance Clerk / Receptionist (Temporary)Pay Rate: $18 $20 per hourDuration: 3 6 months (temporary assignment)Potential for Conversion: Not expectedPosition OverviewThe Finance Clerk / Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Finance Department while serving as the first point of contact for visitors. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional first impression of the organization by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and efficient manner.This is a temporary position (36 months) due to a retirement and a 68 week leave of absence. This assignment is not expected to convert to a permanent role.In addition, the position supports Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions through data entry, invoice processing, filing, and mail distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Support (AP/AR)Assist the Finance Department with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functionsPerform daily 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and packing slipsProcess Accounts Receivable invoices as neededComplete accurate data entry for AP and AR transactionsMaintain organized filing systems for financial recordsOpen, sort, and distribute incoming mailReception & Front Desk DutiesGreet visitors promptly and professionallyAssist guests with visitor sign-in procedures using the tracking systemNotify appropriate staff of visitor arrivalsEnsure visitors are directed to the correct locations in a courteous mannerGeneral Administrative DutiesProvide typing, filing, and general administrative supportCollaborate with 35 members of the Finance DepartmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & Requirements12 years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience (manufacturing industry preferred)High School Diploma or GED requiredStrong organizational and basic mathematical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detailReliable attendance and punctualityGeneral office administrative experiencePreferred Skills & ExperiencePrior AP/AR experience in a manufacturing environmentHighly organized with strong multitasking abilityEffective communication skills with internal teams and visitorsProfessional and customer-focused demeanorLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
