Litigation Paralegal

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal / Office Manager to support our litigation practice while overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. This hybrid role combines substantive legal support with office management responsibilities, requiring strong multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Paralegal DutiesAssist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activitiesDraft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondenceManage case files, ensuring documents are properly organized, indexed, and maintainedPerform legal research and summarize findings for attorneysCoordinate and track discovery, including document productions and deadlinesSchedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearancesCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and expertsPrepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial bindersMaintain and monitor litigation calendars and deadlines to ensure complianceOffice Management DutiesOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalismSupervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance managementManage office budget, vendor relationships, and supply procurementCoordinate IT, facilities, and equipment maintenanceMaintain office policies and procedures and ensure complianceSupport HR-related functions, including onboarding and employee recordsHandle billing coordination, timekeeping oversight, and basic accounting support (as needed)Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operational issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with demonstrated exposure to civil litigation processesPrior office management or supervisory experience strongly preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
