Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.As the Banquet Server, you will provide our guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable mannerWhat Your Day Will Look LikeProperly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and chinaServe food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout eventMaintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerismMaintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event successDuring event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the eventOnce banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from spaceGHG24RequirementsWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEEDYou are 18 years or olderYou have refined verbal and written communication skillsYou are able to keep up with a fast paced environmentYou are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistanceYou are able to stand and/or walk entire shiftYou have prior knowledge of POS systemsYou are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbsYou are consistently available nights and weekendsMANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).JOIN A TEAM THAT MAKES AN IMPRESSIONAt Geronimo Hospitality Group, we are cool people who work hard.
